Who we are
Planète Mobil Homes, created in 2013, is the first French company to offer Mobil-homes XXL(Mobil-homes 4 bedrooms) for rent, capable of accommodating up to 10 people. Bassam El Ismahil and Marie Le Corre are founders and managers of Planète Mobil Homes. They built up their experience by working for several years for a major Tour Operator in the open-air hotel business.
The Mobil-home XXL is a unique accommodation designed for large tribes, and meets a real market demand. It’s spacious, comfortable and economical. By creating a 4-bedroom mobile home that can accommodate up to 10 people, Bassam and Marie have laid the foundations for a strong, friendly concept focused on collective well-being.
Through its XXL mobile home rentals, Planète Mobil Homes enables holidaymakers to share genuine moments together, without compromising on privacy or comfort. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, a large terrace… Everything has been designed to combine practicality and conviviality.
The origins of the Mobil-home XXL concept
It was during Bassam and Marie’s experience in the open-air hotel business that the idea of 4-bedroom mobile homes was born, after they realized that many customers were not satisfied with theexisting offer.
Indeed, before 2013, large families, blended families, groups of friends of 8 or more, or two families looking to share their vacations, were not satisfied.
New destinations
The Mobil-home XXL adventure began in Loire-Atlantique and Vendée, with the first two campsites. Since then, the network has expanded to over 30 destinations in France and Belgium. Every year, new sites are added to offer even more choice to our loyal and growing clientele. All our partner campsites are carefully selected for their quality, their family atmosphere and the richness of their surroundings.
At each campsite, Planète Mobil Homes employs Mobil-home XXL representatives who are there to welcome you and make sure you have a pleasant stay.
