Hu Eraclea Mare is home to a 9-hectare water park designed for all ages. It features more than 15,000 m² of shallow lagoons with soft bottoms for toddlers, a spray park, a recreational pool with water games, and water slides for thrill-seekers.
Swimmers are well catered for, with two Olympic-size pools, a 25-meter semi-Olympic pool, and an indoor pool that’s open regardless of the weather. Surrounding the pools is a huge 40,000 m² sun deck with free lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a pool bar for refreshing breaks.
And for a change of scenery, the Adriatic beach is accessible directly from the village.

When it comes to dining, the village has more than 30 food and drink spots: restaurants and pizzerias, food trucks, bars, ice cream shops, and an area dedicated to cicchetti, the Venetian version of tapas. Italian cuisine, local specialties, kids’ menus, and vegetarian options—there’s something for everyone. Delivery to your accommodations and takeout are also available.
For your daily needs, you’ll find a supermarket, a farmers’ market, a drugstore, a laundromat, shops, and even a hair salon and a beauty salon right on site. A free mini-train takes you around the village, and bike rentals are available on site.
Activities and Events at Hu Eraclea Mare
From May through October, the entertainment team is on hand 7 days a week, offering clubs for every age group: hu mini (ages 4–10), hu maxi (ages 11–16), and hu teen (ages 17 and up). Activities include creative workshops, an educational garden, tournaments, challenges, and meet-and-greets with Huppi, the village mascot. These activities are included in the stay.
In the evening, enjoy shows, live music, themed parties, and the nightclub, located in an area separate from the lodging facilities.
For sports enthusiasts, there’s a wide range of options: tennis, padel, five-a-side soccer, beach volleyball, mini-golf, table tennis, an outdoor gym, yoga, water aerobics, and canoeing. For adventure seekers, tree-top courses, zip lines, paintball, and mountain bike trails await the most daring. More than 10 km of bike paths and trails connect the village to the beach, winding through the pine forest and the lagoon.

Campsite near Venice: What to See During Your Stay?
Staying at Hu Eraclea Mare means having Venice right at your fingertips. From your 10-person mobile home, treat yourself to a day in La Serenissima: St. Mark’s Square, the Grand Canal, the Rialto Bridge, and the maze of narrow streets and small bridges that give the city its charm. Excursions to Venice can be booked directly at the resort’s information desk.
Continue your exploration with the islands of the Venetian Lagoon: Burano with its colorful facades, Murano with its glassblowing workshops, and peaceful Torcello.
On the coast, don’t miss Caorle, a former fishing village about half an hour away, or the seaside resort of Lido di Jesolo. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Laguna del Mort. And for a breath of fresh air, guided hikes in the Dolomites are also available at the information center.
