Can I use vacation vouchers to pay for reservations and activities?
We accept vacation vouchers and connect vacation vouchers for payment of all or part of your stay. For payment of on-site activities, please contact the campsites directly.
Can I change my reservation?
A stay can be modified free of charge up to 30days before the start of the stay, subject to availability. Changes can be made for different dates or destinations. Any request to modify a contract must be made in writing by the account holder.
– Deferrals will not be accepted for the following season.
– Any request to increase the length of stay will be subject to availability and current rates.
– Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption terms and conditions.
– After 30 days prior to arrival, any change of dates, destination or duration will incur a flat-rate processing fee of €50. Interruption of stay Any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to the customer’s fault will not give rise to a refund or voucher if the customer has not taken out cancellation insurance (see cancellation insurance conditions).
